Caring for Your Shuffle RUFFles

 

To keep your Shuffle RUFFles looking their best:

    •    Cotton items:Hand wash in cold water and lay flat or hang to dry. Cotton fabrics can be ironed on low heat—just avoid areas with Velcro.

    •    Special occasion fabrics (tulle, sequins, metallics, organza):Spot clean gently as needed. Always test on a small area before cleaning.

 

While Shuffle RUFFles are designed for everyday wear, avoid situations where there may be excessive mud or dirt.

 

Production Times

 

Because every Shuffle RUFFles piece is handmade to fit your pet, production times can vary depending on the product and current demand. Generally, orders take 2-6 weeks to complete.

    •    For pre-orders, expected shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

 

Do You Offer Custom Orders?

 

Yes, I do offer custom orders, but space is limited, so I recommend contacting me as early as possible to secure your spot on the waiting list. Here’s how the process works:

    1.    Contact me with your desired timeframeand inspiration (theme, colors, or textures).

    2.    I’ll confirm if your timeframe is doable and schedule a design consultation.

    3.    Once we agree on the design, timeframe, and budget, payment is due in full.

    4.    I’ll stay in touch with updates until your items ship.

What If I Don’t See My Pet’s Size Listed?

 

With the versatility of our foundation pieces, I may be able to accommodate larger sizes. Contact me with your pet’s measurements, and I’ll do everything I can to welcome your pet into the Shuffle RUFFles Collector Community!

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

 

Yes! I ship internationally via UPS. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, contact me at shuffleruffles@gmail.com to discuss options. For U.S. orders, I use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, both of which include tracking and up to $100 insurance.

 

Please note: I cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed off to the carrier. If you experience any delays, contact your post office promptly.

 

Do You Offer Discounts or Promo Codes?
