Your business is very important to me. I am a one woman operation. I design and ship everything in-house. I work very hard to make your experience a great one. When you shop with Shuffle RUFFles, you invest in the Small Business Community. I am very responsive to any questions and would love to work with you for a custom look!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders may not ship in time to arrive before Valentine's Day
Shuffle RUFFles are made to order and usually ship within 14 to 21 days. If you need it sooner just ask and I will let you know! :-) Pre Ordered RUFFles and Collections will ship by date in the listing. If the workload dictates longer shipping times I will make an announcement highlighted above.
Generally, items are dropped off at the post office on Mondays and Thursdays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL …?
Shuffle RUFFles ships international with USPS or UPS. Buyer responsible for any applicable customs/taxes at their destination. Understand that it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to be created and shipped, plus the additional shipping time to your destination. Keep this in mind when ordering for time sensitive items or occasions. Because of the COVID pandemic, there are restrictions in place for shipping between certain countries. Please check USPS for service disruptions. My responsibility ends when the package is shipped, I cannot be held liable for delays or damage in shipping.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
You can choose which US POSTAL SERVICE product you would like at checkout.
For US/PR shipping addresses, Orders under 160z will ship for $6 with USPS Ground Advantage or $12 with USPS Priority Mail.
Canada $20 UPS Standard
For other International shipping addresses your shipping costs will be figured by the USPS.
Any Shipping offers are based on total AFTER discounts are applied.
CAN YOU COMBINE MY ORDERS?
US Orders only:
I can combine orders placed on same business day only.
If you have already placed multiple orders in one business day, please send me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order numbers and I will be sure to combine them when they are ready to ship. If you currently have an outstanding order and are looking to place another the same business day, please leave me a note when you checkout that you would like to combine your order with a previous one.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
My first recommendation is to look around your property and with neighbors in case the package was left in an unusual place. In some cases, packages are marked as delivered, but don't actually show up for up to 24 hours. If after 24 hours, you still cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office regarding the missing mail. All domestic packages are sent with tracking and delivery confirmation to give you the most up to date information and confidence that your package will arrive at its destination. For this reason, Shuffle RUFFles is not responsible for loss or damage of items due to improper handling during the shipping process.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because Shuffle RUFFles are made to order and often customized, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your items.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
First, YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY and CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Each box is carefully packed but mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong item or something was missing from your order, please contact me at email@example.com. I will work to rectify your order as soon as possible.
